Cássio Eduardo Zen is a Professor of International Law, Legal History and Human Rights in Faculdade de Pinhais, Pinhais (Brazil). He holds PhD in International Law (Doutorado em Direito Internacional) from University of São Paulo (Universidade de São Paulo), Brazil. He gave lectures at different Brazilian and foreign universities, was an invited researcher at University of Leiden (Universiteit Leiden) in the Netherlands, an invited researcher at Milan State University (Università degli Studi di Milano). Finally, Professor Cássio worked at the International Criminal Court (Office of the Prosecutor) and at the United Nations Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals (Assistant Counsel). He a researcher at University of São Paulo BRICS research group (GEBRICS-USP) and he is a researcher and member of the directive board from University of São Paulo Research Group on International Protection of Minorities (GEPIM-USP).

Dr. Shashank Dwivedi is a leading academician in the fields of education and science communication.  Currently serving as the Joint Director at HLM Group of Institutions, Ghaziabad, he is also an Editor & Coordinator for Vigyanpedia, a Science & Technology Portal, and holds editorial roles with Technical Today Magazine and the Journal of Indian Research. His dedication to science communication has earned him several accolades, including the Best Blogger Award (ABP News) and recognition in the Marvelous Records Book of India as a prominent science communicator. Dr. Dwivedi has presented research papers at various national and international platforms, including the esteemed sessions of the Indian Science Congress. His articles have been published in noted Indian government magazines such as Yojana and Kurukshetra. Dr. Dwivedi’s work highlights his significant contributions to promoting science and technology awareness across academic.

Col. Manoj Kumar Singh (Retd.) is an Honorary Director of Research at the Forum for Global Studies (FGS), New Delhi. An alumnus of the Rashtriya Military School (Ajmer), Col. Singh graduated from National Defence Academy (NDA) & Indian Military Academy before training with the US Army at Fort Bragg in Psychological Operations. His expertise lies in media studies, security and defence issues, especially in the field of Information Warfare. He earlier served as a Psychological Operations expert at India’s Army Head Quarters, New Delhi. He possesses vast experience in counter terrorism operations in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. Having done his Master’s in Journalism, he appears as a defence expert on various media outlets across the country.

Ms. Vaishnavi Singh is a Head of Communication and Research at the Forum for Global Studies, New Delhi. Since 2021, She hosted the FGS podcasts, Roundtable discussions, and Conferences. She worked as a legal research and litigation trainee at the Judicature of High Court, Allahabad. She has experience working as a trainee legal for major corporations such as PepsiCo, DLF Gurugram, SBI Cards, Competition Commission of India, and LAVA International. She is an expert in IR, global governance, Cyberlaw, and Data Privacy. Her leadership, management, and communication skills have been a great asset to our company. She has authored a book titled “BE Obdurate and Let Others Make Noise”. Also, she has published her poems in more than 5 anthologies, which are available on national and international platforms.
