Kirill Sablin Research Fellow at Russian State Institute of Performing Arts, Saint-Petersburg, Russia. He is diplomaed specialist in International Relations (Kemerovo State University, 2007). In 2011 he received a PhD in Economics. An area of his scientific interests includes the economic development of countries with emerging markets, new political economy, Schumpeterian innovations, rent-seeking behaviour, political connections. Dr. Sablin has extensively presented research papers on Energy and Geopolitics at International Conferences. In addition, He has demonstrated his work on Russian energy specially Coal and Gas as a power projection in Russian Foreign Policy.
