Dr. Rajan Kumar is an Associate Professor at School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He has taught at various foreign universities as well, including Moscow State University, Russia and the University of Kentucky, USA. His latest book: ‘Re-emerging Russia: Structure, Institutions and Processes’ was published by Palgrave Macmillan, London. He writes regularly for India’s leading newspaper ‘Financial Express’ on issues related India’s Foreign Policy and other International issues.
