Process Of Submission

1. Submitted manuscripts will be acknowledged once sent to JGA
2. Please ensure that all forms of correspondence with the journal upon submission must be done in one e-mail thread to avoid delays and ensure efficiency.
3. The manuscript will be forwarded to the reviewer (from the Editorial Board or assigned independent academic) to be reviewed.
4. If the manuscript is accepted, further details will be sent to the author to complete the publication fee payment. If the manuscript is accepted with revision, authors are obliged to make the necessary revisions, and upon the completion of that process, we will send you the details to complete the publication fee payment. If the manuscript is rejected, we are open for submission at any time, and thus you are encouraged to submit your manuscripts.
5. The manuscript will be processed for online publication after proofreading. We will assign the DOI number.

  

Copyright Policy

Copyright of all articles published in the JGA are retained by the authors, with first publication rights granted to the JGA. The JGA is not responsible for subsequent uses of the work.

Authors have the rights to reuse, republish, archive, and distribute their own articles after publication, and undertake to permit others to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon this work non-commercially provided the original work is properly cited.

By submitting an article for review, the author(s) recognizes that the submitted article has not been published (the form of journal article, thesis, or other published means), nor reviewed for publication in other journals. The Editors reserve the right to decline a submission if proven to not be an original article.

 

 

Process Of Manuscript Review

 

1. Editorial Check

The Editorial Team of the JGA will make a basic check to ensure that the submitted manuscript falls under the scope of the Journal. If the manuscript is out of the Journal’s scope, it will instantly be rejected.

 

2. Plagiarism Check

All manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism. Manuscripts containing substantives of plagiarism will instantly be rejected.

 

3. Peer Review

We use blind peer review system. The process may take one to three weeks (depending on the editorial board) and will determine the status of the manuscript.

 

4. Acceptance/ Rejection

Reviewers will determine whether the quality of the submitted manuscripts exceeds the threshold of publication. We give the reviewers the following options:

(1) Accepted: No revisions required

(2) Accepted with Revisions: Revisions required and must be completed before publication

(3) Rejection: The manuscript is not accepted (author(s) are welcome to re-submit anytime)
